Using brushes, power washing equipment, algae sprays and gentle emulsifiers – and good old arm power – we remove all the black and green staining from the sides of your house, restoring the siding colour, bringing it back to a glowing shine.

Soft Washing

Using a highly effective “apple wash” process combined with a mild chlorinated agent, we spray on the diluted mixture with a soft setting through a pressure washer. Once applied, to every inch of siding, stucco, hardy board or any type of wall, we let it sit on the surface and work for approximately 5 min.

Within that short amount of time the cleaner removes hard to remove staining as well as lichen, mold, mildew and any any other soil attached to the surface. Using the pressure washer again, we gently rinse all surfaces.For tough staining, we use highly active 39 second spray and then we gently agitate it with a soft brush and spray it off, neutralizing it a full 30 seconds.

As a precaution, we carefully spray all vegetation around the property, leaving the exterior of the walls, exterior of gutter lines and all exterior surfaces clean a restored back to the cleanest condition it can possibly get.

When we are done, the clean smell around your property is a very pleasant apple odour.
